Josh Mack is awesome he will find you your dream house. And works with you around your schedule no matter what. I told him I wanted to use my Va loan and it wasn’t a problem. Josh Mack took the time to understand my needs and made sure to follow through. His knowledge of the wide range of neighborhoods in my price range really helped me find and close on my new home in less than 30 days! Josh made himself available around my tricky schedule, even sometimes late in the  evening. Josh also gave sound advice when competing in a buyer’s market. I was disappointed when the first offer wasn’t accepted, but then I found an even BETTER home and Josh was there to close the deal. Kudos, Mr. Mack!
